Unipharma is a mid-rise building (four basements, thirteen floors) for residential and commercial use, with 17000 sq m of constructed surface.

- Seismic Design and Report (designed to withstand, without major damages a nominal acceleration of 0.25g)

- The excavation was made using D-walls as walls for the basements
- All the slabs are post tension slabs with reinforced concrete drop beams, columns and shear wall
