Dolphin is a mid-rise building in Achrafieh, (four basements, thirteen floors) with 10000 sq m of constructed surface.
Structural:

- Seismic Design and Report (designed to withstand, without major damages a nominal acceleration of 0.25g)
- Wind Design and Report
- The excavation was made using provisory piles
- All the slabs are post tension slabs with reinforced concrete drop beams, columns and shear wall
