Located at the entrance of Chiah, the eleven-story building takes part of a bigger urban plan set for the whole region.
This plan includes alignment of the facades of the different buildings, no matter the plot size, location, or setback rules. The challenge was to be able to fit the maximum of exploitation allowed, in the area left to build on.
